Website and consultation data
Privacy information
This page explains the difference between reading the static website and sending information through the external consultation form.
Plain-English summary
Use the website without sending case information unless you choose to open the consultation form
The public website is a static information service and does not currently activate advertising or analytics trackers. The consultation form is provided through dealingwithbailiffs.uk and has its own submission and privacy information.
Information used by the public website
The website may receive ordinary server records needed to deliver pages and protect the service, such as the requested page, time, browser information and internet address. The deployment package does not include a visitor analytics platform, advertising pixel or behavioural profiling script.
The external consultation form
The £35 consultation form is loaded from dealingwithbailiffs.uk. Information entered into that form is transmitted to that service under the form terms and privacy information shown in the form. Read those terms before sending debt, financial, health, disability, household or third-party information.
Send only information relevant to the issue
Where practical, remove unrelated account numbers, information about children and private material that does not help explain the enforcement problem. Keep complete copies of documents where dates, references, addresses or page sequences are material.
Cookies and similar technologies
The static website does not deliberately set non-essential tracking cookies. The external form provider may use technologies needed to display, process or protect the form. Its current information should be checked before submission.
Security and confidentiality
No public website or email route should be described as risk-free. Use the form route provided, check that the browser shows a secure HTTPS connection and do not expose credentials or unrelated personal information.
Privacy questions
Use the consultation form only for case enquiries. The confirmed legal owner, controller contact and any separate privacy correspondence address should be added when supplied by the site owner.
